I wanted to make a formal dress for a ball at Jacon this year, but at the same time, I wanted to match my boyfriend who was going as Hitsugaya. So, I made this version of Matsumoto. This dress isn't actually costume quality as I made it as a formal dress should be and I even fully lined it. Ended up being really comfortable and I enjoyed wearing it!
