I LOVE Dragon Ball and I really needed to cosplay it. I had cut my hair and dyed it black for Nana Oosaki, so I decide to cosplay Videl. She rocks, is a great character. This costume is very simple, the only difficult thing is the boot covers, wich I already have made for a Bulma costume.
