Personal Thoughts:

This is probably the most ghetto of outfits I've done. I had a green wig for the longest time since I wanted to do Digiko. I didn't have enough time to finish it, and was obsessed with Digi Charat Fantasy (the Dreamcast Game) at the time. I literally finished it at the convention *laugh*
