This was my first somewhat complex costume. Ugh... the jacket was a pain to make, but in the end, it's what made this costume. So, I'd like to thank Francis at this time for letting me know Misato - jacket = random person running around in a purple wig. This was the first time I made a pattern! I made the pattern by guessing the general shapes to avoid having side seams. The fit of the jacket as of right now is a little loose on me, but it's nothing impossible to fix. Also, I bought a better wig for this costume, so expect pics soon!
