Construction Details:

Used polyester/cotton blend for the outfit, thick and thin double-fold bias tape for the edges and designs. The hardest part was drafting the wavy design on the dress. Edges, and white wavy parts of the dress are also reinforced with interfacing. Used old dress socks for the arm warmers and added the blue tops. Tied a cylindrical piece of fabric with orange ribbons for the leg warmers. The hat was modified from a pattern. The wig is from Cyperous
