Construction Details:

The whole thing is made of water-resistant upholstery type fabric and the skirt is a proper umbrella shape when spread out (sadly, could never make petticoat full enough to show the shape). Plus the "shoulder guards" have plastic sewn in for the shape

Personal Thoughts:

Because this was made so early in the ccSakura fandom, the only reference to go on was 3 pages of manga and one color page. And the only way people recognized the character was due to my lil wand (which was an awesome lil toy by the way, which played "release!!" sounds when waved)
