Construction Details:

See my Sailor Mercury page for costume construction info. The butterfly bow is made from several layers of foam sheets sealed with glue, painted and detailed with puffy fabric paint, and backed with black tulle. The choker and collar details were also drawn and hand painted on. The details on the boots were cut from sticky back foam sheets (which is very sticky! it stuck permanently!). The black charms were made from Premo Sculpey. The tiara is made from a foam sheet sealed and painted with an acyrlic gem and elastic band similar to the last one. No patterns used.
