Construction Details:

First costume ever! I actually enlisted my mom's help being that I was a noob sewer at the time. It's made from a thicker cotton fabric. I did all the detail work myself with white ribbon and glue (le ghetto, I know). It's actually a dress instead of a jacket + skirt. Ah well.The dangly hair things was this ridiculous MacGuyver'ed technique that involved ribbon, wedding ring napkin/knick knack holders, clay for that charms, bobby pins and wire. Glasses were a lucky find at the 99 cent store which I painted gold. Everything else was bought.
