Construction Details:

I didn't have a pattern for this costume, and basically had to put my visual memory to the test. I was deeply concerned about how the jacket would turn out, since it was the very first time I ever made a costume with PVC. One mistake, and it's all over. Fortunately, I was extremely careful, and I took as much time as I needed to make the jacket look presentable. The dress is somewhat similar to the DDR Sailor Jupiter costume, except for one thing -- the high collar.
