Construction Details:

My mother and I were looking at some anime video tapes, and she noticed the VHS cover for the Tenchi Muyo In Love Movie. She took a good look at Lady Achika, and asked me, "when are you going to make this costume?", and I said, "you know? That's not a bad idea. Maybe I will." I have an old school uniform blouse (white), and basically made a copy of that with the navy blue poly poplin fabric that I had, and the skirt was made from the Butterick #3088 Pattern (shortened version of skirt C).
