Don't you hate it when concept art, in-game sprite & toys can't agree on chara design? yeah... this is one of those!
Most of dress follows Kosuke Fujishima's chara art, with key details pulled from in-game sprite (shoulder-wrap finishes & circles) The skirt flares more like on gashapon figure (lets me move and compliments my hips nicely)
All the collar & shoulder "ruffles" are neverending pleats of stiffer fabric - stands up wonderfully! Only took forever to make
