Personal Thoughts:

I love Betsy and X-men in general so this was a great first for me! Also good that it was probably the easiest costume I've ever made O_O. There are SO many Psylocke versions out there it was really hard to choose one. In the end Alechan and I wanted to match and chose Uncanny X-men, mainly because the artwork was gorgeous! I opted for a couple of small changes though, such as the uber long wig - it was simply the perfect shade and went with the color of the bodysuit as well. I wanted to use purple and red (sash) instead of blue and pink simply because I like that color combo better, and I had no scar according to the reference. I really look forward to wearing this again at Dragoncon, hopefully with a group! We're making Sunday X-men day! >:D
