I actually started with my first convention, Harry Potter, in 2003 where I was introduced to the idea of people wearing costumes at these types of events. It wasn't until 2006 that I started to attend anime conventions, although I had attended several Harry Potter and Star Wars Celebration previously. I love the fact that I meet new people at every convention, and see some really amazing talent! I couldn't ask for a better hobby :)
