I've been cosplaying since about 1999 or 2000, i can't remember the exact point i decided to make that first Sailor Moon costume. It was for Halloween and the first year it wasn't ready to be worn at school, but the Snr. year I did! My first con costume was Irvine Kinneas from FF8.

I love costuming, and meeting new cosplayers; as well as cosplayers I've bumped into in the past. I used to take cosplaying too seriously and fall into con drama, but it's so much more fun to take the construction seriously and then just relax and hang out and actually get to know people :) It's become a delightful and slightly consuming hobby filled with very nice and extremely talented people. I love meeting them all :)
