Construction Details:

Used EVA foam, and my first time using this material. Core foam to make and reinforce parts. Used PVC pipes to form a backpack frame and kimchee containers for the thrusters. Insulation pipes by Armacell were used to create pipes. Acrylic was used to form the eyes, and LEDs to light up the camera and eyes. Insulation foam was used to form rounder parts. The hardest part was to fit the shields to the shoulders but it didn't really hold up well...

Some upholstery foam was used to friction-fit the parts to wear it.

All parts are coated with mod podge, hand painted, shaded with an airbrush, plasti-dipped, and top-coated. After finding out that I didn't need mod podge, I am figuring out why I wasted so much time.

This took me about 2 years to create this. Because I had a special event to go to in 2018, I didn't start on it since 2019 and skipped a con as well. But I did have a lot of time but procrastinated because of homework being tougher...

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is really cumbersome, and hard to move in. Also, my first to create a long weapon. Upgrading and repairing lots of parts.

Thinking about entering a contest in future cons.
