Construction Details:

This one was remade in 2017 from the original in 2012.
First version had armguards made from cardstock, the belt and headband were cardboard, and the weapons were Rikku's dagger painted other colors.
The second had the armguards/belt/headband replaced with Sintra, added boot covers and pauldrons, and a plush Interceptor bought from Toys R Us.

Personal Thoughts:

He comes and goes like the wind, swearing allegiance to no one. Hidden behind his wintry gaze lies a face known to none who live...
Really like this character and the backstory for him. Shame on you if you didn't wait till 4 seconds.
