Construction Details:

An old, oversized sweater chopped up and resewn to make the vest + tailcoat
black undershirt made of an old roll of spandex
sleeveless blouse was made back in 2013 for a seperate cosplay
bowtie from my closet
buttons, details, cape, gloves, etc. made out of remaining scraps + personal supply

Personal Thoughts:

My favorite cosplay by far!!!! It's so much fun to go dancing around as Bill and hand out deer teeth and try my best to impersonate his voice, lmao.
