Construction Details:

Armor is mostly EVA foam. Hat is worbla and EVA foam. Gauntlets are those big kung fu gloves (watch Bruce Lee's first fight in "Enter the Dragon" and you'll see them) that I added some worbla to make them more gauntlety.

Sword blade is wood coated in 3 coats of resin and painted with automotive chrome spray paint. Cross pamel is made from a cheap snack bowl.

I didn't make the chain mail hood. Bought that off of ebay!

Personal Thoughts:

Was asked to make this costume for a skit. It was my first time using EVA foam and worbla. I didn't think it turned out that well, but everyone seemed to like it!
