Construction Details:

For the CAD, I used Desert Foam as the base. Then after shaping it, I applied wood glue to strengthen the base. Then I put gesso all over the CAD before painting it with acrylic paint.

Personal Thoughts:

This is the first time I've made a prop with this type of construction. Since I didn't have any wood tools, I had to use foam. I'm thinking of improving it or making it again before I'm Tatsuya again, but I'm satisfied with what I made, since it was the first time I made something like that.
