Construction Details:

The mask was bought at a halloween store, I just repainted it and sewed on a fabric strap.
The hair was from another halloween mask. I just glued it to a latex skinhead wig.
The chest harness is made from folded-over Gorrilla tape, masking tape and 2 steel rings.
The pants are just white sweat pants with pink circles drawn on them using a paint marker.

Personal Thoughts:

Twisted metal is probably one of the first video games I ever played as a kid. I just loved the fast-paced action to it. Even as an adult, I still love the fast-paced action. And let's face it, Sweet tooth is pretty much the mascot of the game.
