Construction Details:

The vest started off as a crop jacket and used pre-made yellow bias tape for the X's and the lining. I will have to crop it down some more as I was not aware that the vest was too long until I had already finished the lining.

The blouse was something found at a thrift store, and to make the sleeves, I cut off the existing sleeves and used spare cotton with some sewable iron-on adhesive to make the frills /pleats stick out more.

The white skirt was bought from American Apparel, and the black skirt was from a wholesale distributor from China. I sewed the two together.

The belt is actually two belts of similar material and width attached with one buckle with the gold piece bought from a spare accessory shop.

The stockings were store-bought as well along with the ribbons. Boots are combat-type.

Personal Thoughts:

When I first saw this performed in the anime, I could not help but feel a surge of immense energy within me. After listening to it more and more, I decided that it is one of, if not the absolute, my favorite songs performed by µ's, and I definitely love the outfit designs! For this one, I chose to make from existing clothes and additional materials. "Deforesting" (shaving) my chest to complete the look was quite the strenuous effort.
