Personal Thoughts:

With the announcement of Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire on top of the amazing design that is Mega Swampert AKA Swolepert, I could not resist designing one of my favorite starters (which I did during an exhibition performance while judging the Colossalcon Masquerade >A>). I always enjoy simple costumes with a lot of creativity and I hope people enjoy the little things that go into this bad ass idea~
