Construction Details:

Bought a Coat from journeys and painted the details and stripes. Bought the boots at good will about to attack with worbla. Elvis wig being styled. Altered red shirt (dying a shirt and modding it for next run. Belt buckle purchased at Anime Matsuri. Altered leather latch belt. Purchased navy blue slacks from good will, altering for more sstylized fit.

Personal Thoughts:

Still working on it but it is fun to get into character a lot of positive response and a positive community.
