Construction Details:

This costume has been one of the most challenging things I have attempted without my sewing instructor. But I do have to say I'm extremely proud of the progress I've made with sewing. I really have to thank my friend Sara (who was supposed to be my Stocking) for drafting my skirt pattern ^^

Everything was put together by me except for the Bracelets, gloves and Shoes which I bought from Amazon and Ebay. The costume itself was made from Shimmer Satin from Joann's with some pearl sheer in some places :3

I made the Hearts out of plastic ornaments based on a tutorial I found on Deviantart. I painted them in a more coral pink color because I found it to be a more accurate color to the one used in the anime.

This costume is so much fun to prance around in but my top is HIDEOUS, I'm not happy with it and plan to remake it before Comic Con 2012 >.> but for now it's decent. :/

Personal Thoughts:

As much as animes like this aren't really my cup of tea, I ended up loving this show to pieces. ^^

I loved Panty's growth as a character, I honestly almost hated her at the start of the show but when she opened herself up to Brief, she earned a whole lot of respect from me. ^^ That and the series is just all around the most hilarious things I had seen in a long while. Raunchy but funny :3
