Construction Details:

Nobody ever does the uniform variation with jacket and it seemed the perfect add-on for the season
Technically once there's a jacket on, the giant bow on skirt shouldn't be there... but they did animate them together all of once in the Cursed Incense OAV, so totally happening


...(Read More) Also 3/4 circle skirts are really fun. Slightly less fabric than a full circle but still plenty to swish around
