Construction Details:

Blueprints taken from store bought PDF's made by Volpin Props.

Further editing on blueprints was needed for more accurate/ proper proportions and trigger assembly.

Gun stock created with Multi-Density fibre board, patched with car-grade bondo and hand sanded to symmetrical shape.

Barrels made from 1 inch pvc piping, outer diameter filled with insulation foam and coated with Apoxie-Sculpt, sanded to symmetrical shape and patched with car-grade bondo where needed.

Added magnets to chamber and barrels to allow the barrels to rotate at the pivot and lock into place when brought together.

Trigger Assembly created from MDF and one spring. Assembly is functional in that, it can be pulled and the trigger will return back to original position.

Everything was painted with Krylon manufactured spray paint.

Build included two identical guns and was completed within two weeks.
