Construction Details:

I altered a blazer top and dress pants to make the uniform. All the white is hand stitched with pieces of yarn, and the collar is fully interfaced so that it retains shape and holds the pins up.

Personal Thoughts:

Definitely one of the more comfortable cosplays I've made.

How was the wig colored?

Red/Orange Sharpies and Alcohol method.
