Construction Details:

The shirt, pants, and undershirt were taken from my closet. I borrowed the boots and watch from Emily (Kwippy) and bought the Vortex Manipulator and suspenders on Amazon. The coat was found at a thrift store, and I replaced all the existing buttons with big gold ones and added the stripes to the shoulder-straps via paint and electrical tape.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this initially so that I could wear it with my friend Joseph (who looks too much like David Tennant to not cosplay the doctor) but he had a mishap with his suit which forced us to delay that until Katsucon. I still got to wear it with my other doctor who homies at Otakon though
