Construction Details:

This suit took me about 3 months to complete.

- The body is made out of eva foam
- The helmet is a cast from a mold I made from my original helmet
- Foam was sealed with modpodge, then plastidip, then painted with automotive paints
- Electronics are also integrated into the suit which include a sound system, moveable face mask, moveable air flaps, and forearm rocket

Personal Thoughts:

I was asked to be part of an Avengers group because of my past experience building Iron Man suits, so I decided, eh might as well make the Mk VII from the Avengers to fit it! Since this was my third Iron Man armor, I also wanted to add a bunch of bells and whistles such as the suit playing it's own AC/DC theme song, moveable airflaps, and moveable forearm rockets which can be seen here:
