Construction Details:

This suit at its core was EVA foam and on top of the foam to minimize the "foam" look I took casting plastic leftover from a friend's project and painted layers onto the Iron Man foam suit. The Helmet was done the same except I molded and casted it for a final all plastic helmet. It is a very challenging cosplay, one that I will continue to refine even after its debut at Fanime 2013.

Personal Thoughts:

I loved the Iron Man movies and I love armored cosplay, so I decided to tackle an Iron Man suit after getting inspired by other very talented builders.
