Construction Details:

I Frankenstein'ed two shirts together and altered a pair of regular beltlooped pants into suspended knickers. The wig was also a Frankenstein project that took wefts from an old white wig and put them into a new wig! The rest was just basic styling. The rag/tail is just two pieces of thin spandex sewn into a square and overlocked around the edges.

Personal Thoughts:

Doing this costume was a blast! In the true vain of Animal Crossing, I made so many new friends and had such fun doing absolutely nothing except being adorable all day!

Styling Notes

I took a wedge of wefts out of the center front of the wig and added in white ones in boustrophedonic pattern. The back and sides were styled using a razor comb and the hair was initially relaxed using the hot water method over a wig head.

Wig Review

I was pretty happy with how this turned out as it was a learning process, but I clearly still need a lot of practice with wigs.
