Started with drawing out the gun in Illustrator, then split the layers into separate files to be laser cut from 1/8" MDF sheets. Each piece was glued onto a base layer then I used Apoxie Sculpt to to the beveling. After that it was sanding and priming for mold preparation. Then it's cast, prep, paint and assemble.
