Construction Details:

Very littler construction was actually done for this. I took a large blue zip hoodie, being unable to find a blue vest in Florida, and removed the sleeves and hemmed the arm-holes so they wouldn't sit awkward. I painted over a hat I already had, and added the tree symbol to the front. I ended up putting one layer, of my three layer, of height-increasing shoe inserts in my shoes for him, and they (amazingly) made me just barely shorter than Courtney (you had to measure us to tell)

Personal Thoughts:

I (surprisingly) fell in love with Gravity Falls right away. I knew 100% that I wanted to cosplay Dipper, his character is so precious and funny. Luckily enough for me, my usual cosplay partner is just a bit taller than me, and wanted to cosplay Mabel, so of course it now HAD to happen.
