Construction Details:

As a last minute costume, not much construction was done. I hemmed a shirt I already had, and shortened a tie previously used in other costumes. The hat was ordered off a site, and then the badges were made from a simple foam and glued on. The "wands" were the typical bubble wands, with the liquid and bubble-blower removed.

Personal Thoughts:

Doing PAS at Otakon this year, we figured a small, casual con like ACC would be the perfect place to give them a test-run. And who really needs a reason to cosplay Panty and Stocking more?
