Construction Details:

Used an IV2 matte black motorcycle helmet as a base. Cardstock and resin as a base for ears. Topped with a layer of wonderflex to help adhere to helmet and then wire mesh to hold the paper clay to the ears. Sanded them down and painted with spray paint. Made the 'S' with a stencil of painters tape and then retouched everything with spray paint after it was dry. Added outlines with a black sharpie to places the paint colors touched. The visor had multiple strips of limo tint to minimize air bubbles-couldn't get the single piece to ever be flat. Finally coated the whole helmet in 4-5 coats of gloss to get the ears to shine as much as the helmet.

Personal Thoughts:

Love the character and the reception of this made the experience better, had plenty of people fall for the trap XD
