Construction Details:

The jumpsuit is based on a Quicksew coveralls pattern with added lining and redone collar. It is made out of twill with a cotton lining.

The vest is made of cotton duck and is made from a self designed pattern. All pockets are functional.

The skirt was drafted using a panel skirt formula and then lined.

The hat is based on an old hat that I found and then traced to roughly design the fabric part. The headphones are fabric covered paperclay and the goggles are leather with lenses from a steampunk store.

The sword is made from wood and was shaped and sanded to make the blade. The handle is built up out of wood and then sanded to create the rounded portions. The whole sword was painted and then airbrushed to create the edge effect.

Personal Thoughts:

I originally saw this show on Funimation Channel and fell in love with Heihachi's costume since I really love steampunk. I was looking for a costume to make for ACen and decided on this one. Only drawback is that its a bit warm :D

Styling Notes

Cut the front and then pushed the bulk to the side and sprayed heavily with hairspray.
