Everything with the vest as the exception can be found in stores.

The vest itself is made from a duck-cloth and is 2 layers thick. The loops on the front are made from a vinyl and the lettering on the back is actually sharpied on. Yeah, that does sound a little tacky, but that is my take on it. The S.T.A.R.S. team never actually had a uniform, which is why on the original vest for Chris, there was only lettering on the back. it was something that could be stenciled on. So, why not screen print it? While spending time in surplus store, you find a lot more things with a sort of bleed quality to the text, so sharpie was the natural choice.
