Construction Details:

My old Rock Lee jumpsuit was modified by the maker of it, the wonderful Dokudel. She also made the mask and sash, while I took care of dying the white ninja boots I ordered for the outfit to the closest matching shade of yellow.

Personal Thoughts:

FACT: I loved Iron Fist for years, despite him never being in my top 3 of all time, much less getting much face-time until recent years.

FACT: I loved the modern version of the costume because it seemed less silly and more "superhero-like".

FACT: This was supposed to be done a year ago for "Trial of the Century" at New York Comic Con so we could shove someone else in it.

FACT: So many funny things happened as a result of the wearing of this costume at Baltimore Comic Con 2012 that it was more than worth the wait.

FACT: The first Iron Fist story I read was a reprint of Sabretooth's debut where he temporarily blinds Iron Fist during the fight. Ironically, I can't see anything in the mask because of how I asked the eyes to be constructed, lol.
