Construction Details:

Poplar blade beveled with power sander, design at the base of the blade is heatformed cut styrene with a little apoxie sculpt to make the edge. Guard is made from making a styrene box around the bottom of the blade and the top of the handle, then filling it with resin to solidify the whole piece. Handle is a small cut tapered table leg with apoxie sculpt for the extra shaping. Painted with auto paint and some gold leaf
