Construction Details:

Blizzard fleece shell with jet-set knit lining, 2.5 32oz bags of polyfil inside body and ears. Feet and hands attached, escape slit for hands, feet built on slippers. Upholstery foam head with batting layer, built on insulation foam disk. Casa sheer over black screen for eyes. Ventilation via laptop fan exhaust port.

Personal Thoughts:

Commission picked up via /cgl/ & dA. Originally wanted a correctly-proportioned SD mascot, explained the costs involved, then came to me asking for "like a kigurumi with a mascot head". Basically gave a good fleece-based mascot, just with stretched/humanoid proportions.
So happy with how it came out, and the dude loves it. One of the most fun projects I've ever made.
