Construction Details:

Shortened a pair of dress pants for the shorts, made an elbow pad out of orange cloth and cotton balls, leg pouch out of craft foam, necklace from beads, and taped up an orange bangle for the bracelets. Arm tattoo was just permanent marker and back tattoo using paint.

Personal Thoughts:

First time I've really worked seriously on a costume, even though it's still fairly simple ^_^;
