Construction Details:

Jacket would not be this awesome without my good friend kuroneko. The wig is styled by myself, and the rest is from the closet or online.

Accessories/Props: There are lots of toys that come with Gokaiger because in the series the characters use "Ranger Keys" to transform into the Rangers of the past. Although I do not have all of them, I have enough to put into a metal case made to hold the Ranger Keys and Transforming Device. I also have the Gokai Cellular and Gokai Spear, used exclusively by Gai.

The biggest Super Sentai fanboy, Gooookai *spins & poses* SILVER!!

Gokaiger is the 35th installment of the Super Sentai series. Not only are its story and characters appealing, it is also an anniversary season paying tribute to the past 34 series.

Ikari Gai is an outgoing hyper fanboy of the Super Sentai. I myself have fond memories of watching Hikari Sentai Maskman, Kousoku Sentai Turboranger, and various Kamen Rider series when I was in Hong Kong, and it has only been the past several years when I started watching Tokusatsu series again. Among my group of Toku-fan friends, I guess I am more of a Gai of the group?

Since the rest of my friends are cosplaying the main 5, it is only appropriate that I cosplay the 6th.

Styling Notes

Minimal styling. Used Got2B to get certain parts of the wig to stay.
