My horns are a styrofoam base with Mod Podge layered and then sanded, then painted. The make up the first time was Ben Nye (for future wears I will be switching to Mehron Paradise Makeup AQ).
- Personal Thoughts:
- I only wore him for a little while on Saturday at Sakura Con 2012 so I have yet to find out how fun he is to wear.
