Construction Details:

Armor is all sintra (plastic). Horns are noteworthy because they are insulating foam (the big white sheets from hardware stores) and apoxie sculpt.

Apoxie sculpt is God's gift to cosplay I'm pretty sure.

The horns were smoothed out over the foam and is hard as rock! Pretty gnarly stuff!
