Construction Details:

The suit was made of Suit Fabric Material. Was not altered from an actual Suit. The stripes in the center were made of Velcro and adjust to body size.
Normal dress shirt, purchased the skull online, but made of plushie material.
Normal Dress pants and dress shoes.
Guns were purchased off of Evike.com. They were then altered to not fire and jam itself to comply with Anime Expo's weapon policies at the time. It was spray painted and used an exacto knife to carve in design. Orange tip kept in tact to comply with California Laws.
Wig was commissioned by Adora(Who is awesome btw) and the stripes were painted using acryllic pain with about 5 layers.
Wig additionally style with hair spray.
