Construction Details:

My sister, KurohaneShizumi, is the one that's really pushing me to do this particular costume. XDDD

The wig is a Punky S wig (in Color 24) heavily trimmed and styled.

My sister actually knitted my scarf herself. For those curious, she used two 29" circulars to knit it vertically (it's height is 7 ft [294 stitches] as I'm 6'3"). She used Vanna's Choice colonial blue (109) and white (100). Each stripe is 8 stitches wide and garter stitched.

His under-shirt is a simple tank top made of navy blue cotton.

The pattern for the uniform's top is a KIWK-SEW 3534. XDDD It's made of kahki broadcloth. The blue cuff designs are appliqué with the same material as the shirt. :3

I'm afraid the pants are going to be cheated. We're making a pattern for them and using elastic to keep them up. They'll be made from grey-brownish broadcloth. Eventually.

The gloves are being made of black elastic and a straight-forward two-piece pattern.

Last but not least, the side pouch! That was made from white pleather and, being a box, a made-up pattern.

Styling Notes

It was first straighten to flat and trimmed to proper length. Then she used lots of hairspray and gel with a blow drier to get the front to stay up.
