Construction Details:

A great way to re-purpose a good suit and wig from when I cosplayed Silver from Pokemon a few years back! It was a rather minimal effort I suppose, making the tie and little accent pieces out of foam. The Wig was still too damn long, but it was entirely passable! from the right angle~
