Inner jacket is spandex with interfacing. Super nasty, but the only way to get the shine I needed. Outer jacket was a 4 layer cotton solid. Both were McCall's patterns. Sword is all wood contruction. Plywood & Mdf board. Gun is foam, fiberglass cloth + resin, styrene and mdf board.
