Construction Details:

Made to accompany my lady Cornelia at the Anime Oasis 2010 formal and also for the unrestricted skit at the same convention. Guilford and Darlton were both made with drastic modifications of Jade's coat pattern. Materials are red cotton velveteen, gold shiny satin (yes, I made my own bias tape), and...(Read More) purple taffeta for the belts). Darlton's wig is a trimmed and heavily sprayed James Dean wig, and was held on around the hair line with spirit gum. This was also my first experiment with scar latex and it was /so/ much fun to watch people avoid the man with the nasty scar on his face.

Styling Notes

Trimmed to get a little closer to military length from the shaggier length it started at, and then hair-sprayed to high heaven because Darlton's hair is crazy.
