Construction Details:

The character was suggested to me by my friend, Adora (the Iceland cosplayer) and then my fiancee, Shii Arisugawa. The costume is really hot to wear, as it has a lot of layers to it. I'm not so good as smiling (or posing) for pics, so that's why I have the stoic look. The glasses are some cheap reading glasses from Wal-Mart, and I'm 6'3" so I dwarf most of the other cosplayers at the Hetalia Gathering.

What you see here is actually Version 2.0, as the previous one was scrapped completely. I tried my best to follow a trench coat pattern, but the lapels confused the hell out of me so they're "faux lapels" if that makes any sense. ^^; I made the belt, the belt buckle is vinyl over craft foam, while the wig was lightly styled with hairspray. Sweden glasses were purchased locally from Wal-Mart, and the boots were purchased online.
